Amos began his career as a technician at IAI (Israel Aircraft Industry), eventually ascending to the role of Director of Maintenance. This marked the start of his illustrious aviation journey.

In 2001, Amos founded Miami Tech, a premier maintenance facility in Miami, Florida. This facility quickly gained recognition as it provided top-notch maintenance services to leading commercial passenger and cargo operators across the globe.

In 2010, Amos ventured further by establishing World Atlantic Airways. The airline was a significant player, conducting flights for the ICE program, charters from the USA, and offering regular scheduled flights to destinations in Cuba, the Caribbean, and Central America.

His dedication and hard work led to the successful merger of Miami Tech with several other aviation entities by the Black Stone Group in 2018.

In 2019, Amos took on the role of VP of Operations at The Xtreme Group, adding to his already impressive list of achievements.

Finally, in 2022, Amos assumed the pivotal position of CEO of 7 Air, LLC. In this capacity, he oversees the strategic direction of the company, ensuring its growth and success.

In 1989, armed with industry knowledge and an entrepreneurial spirit, he founded the Swift Freight International Group in Dubai, which rapidly became a leading Freight Logistics provider in the UAE, with 40+ locations across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Issa held prominent roles, including Chairman of Transport Logistics USA, Africa Atlantic Holding, Air Cargo Trader, and Africa West Cargo Airline. He also served as a Director at Wentworth Resources Limited, an East African oil and natural gas producer.

He has not only demonstrated his capabilities in the cockpit but has also actively contributed to ensuring the safety and efficiency of aviation operations by participating in regulatory processes related to FAA CFR 121 Airline Certification and Post Certification.

Hector currently occupies the esteemed role of Chief Pilot at 7Air, where he presides over crucial flight operations and provides leadership within the aviation organization. His extensive aviation journey spans an impressive 32 years, during which he has amassed a wealth of experience across various facets of the industry. His professional trajectory includes the fulfillment of diverse roles, ranging from line positions to training and management responsibilities.

Within the realm of aviation instruction, Hector has taken on the roles of Instructor and Check Airman, imparting his knowledge and expertise to aspiring aviators while ensuring safety and competence. After earning a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Vaughn College in New York, Luis embarked on a career journey that initially led them to the Engineering Department at Piper Aircraft, where they contributed to projects related to the Malibu family of aircraft. Luis’ career took a significant turn in 2009 when they made the decision to transition into the role of a Certified FAA Aircraft Dispatcher.

His professional trajectory included stints with passenger airlines, but it was in the cargo industry Luis found his true calling. Over time, he gained extensive experience across a wide spectrum of aviation operations, encompassing Domestic, Flag, and Supplemental operations.

He also assumed ownership of the second oldest FAA Aircraft Dispatcher School globally, headquartered in Miami. This ownership provided Luis with a unique platform to impart his wealth of knowledge and expertise to future aviation professionals, particularly those aspiring to excel in flight operations.

Drawing from his vast experience, Luis has excelled in managing, directing, and instructing a diverse array of aviation courses, often conducting training sessions at various airline dispatch centers. Today, he holds a prominent position as the head of the SOC (System Operations Control) at 7Air Cargo. His expertise extends to certifying airline procedures such as ETOPS (Extended-range Twin-engine Operational Performance Standards), NAT HLA (North Atlantic High-Level Airspace), RNP (Required Navigation Performance), and even Load Master procedures for various types of aircraft. Pablo’s journey in the aviation industry began with a strong academic foundation, graduating with honors from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in 2006. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Aeronautics complemented by minors in Safety and Management, Pablo wasted no time in making his mark. Initially starting as a Crew Scheduler, he swiftly demonstrated his aptitude and dedication. In 2008, Pablo expanded his credentials by acquiring an Aircraft Dispatcher License from the FAA, a pivotal moment that propelled him into the realm of Flight Dispatch and Loadmaster roles across several prestigious airlines.

Over the years, Pablo’s career trajectory soared as he transitioned into various management positions. From 2014 onwards, he assumed pivotal roles such as Manager of SOC, Ramp Operations Manager, Shift Duty Manager, Dispatch Manager, and Regional Ramp Manager, each role adding layers to his expertise and leadership skills.

In January of the current year, Pablo embarked on a new chapter by joining 7AIR Cargo as the Manager of SOC, showcasing his commitment to continued growth and excellence within the industry. Alongside his FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License and Private Pilot License, Pablo holds certifications across a spectrum of aircraft types including the B767F, MD-80, B737, A330F, A300F, A332, and B757.
